THE CHALLENGE
ING Bank Śląski is a major Polish bank and the primary sponsor of the European Economic Congress in Katowice. EEC is a three day congress with over 150 themed sessions, 900 speakers and attendances of 11.5 thousand participants. It is an important event for the client, and they desired to show it’s scale to the broader audience.
24/7 STUDIO ON THE EVENT
For three days we opened a local, 24/7, studio in Katowice. We brought a crew of 7 people who worked non-stop for the duration of the event. The team recorded dozens of hours of video footage and delivered the finished production within 24 hours.

THE BIG SCALE
We produced six videos showcasing the scale of the event, over 50 interviews with high-level managers of the bank and several dozen vlogs for the bank’s employees. All of this was delivered same day while keeping the high production standards of the international event.
THE OUTCOME
We worked together with ING for the second time in the row, building mutual trust. ING used the content we created, during those three days, to showcase the incredible scale of this event to the broader audience and for employer branding purposes.
